Cookies are small files a website stores on your device. Similar technologies, such as tags, scripts and tracking images, do a similar job. In this notice, "cookies" covers all of them.
Necessary. These run and secure the site and remember your cookie choice. They are always on.
Analytics. These show how visitors find and use the site: pages visited, time on site, device type and referring page. We use this to improve our content and the site's performance.
Personalisation and CRM. We use analytics and customer relationship management (CRM) tools to improve and personalise the client experience. Our CRM tools place a cookie that recognises your browser when you return. If you complete a form, they connect your activity on our website, before and after that point, to the details you gave us. We use this to understand what is relevant to you and your organisation, respond more effectively and tailor the content and emails we send you.
Embedded content. Some pages, including Insights, contain video hosted by a third-party video service. That service may set its own cookies or collect information about your device when a video loads or plays, under its own privacy policy.
Our emails may contain a small tracking image and tracked links that tell us whether an email was opened, which links were clicked, and roughly when and on what kind of device. We use this to understand what is useful and to tailor what we send. You can limit this by turning off automatic image loading in your email program, or unsubscribe at any time.
We do not use cookies to show you advertising on other websites, and we do not sell information collected through cookies.
Some cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Others last for a set period unless you delete them sooner.
When you first visit, our banner lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies. You can change your choice at any time through the Cookie settings link in the site footer. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block necessary cookies, parts of the site may not work. Declining non-essential cookies does not affect your ability to contact us.
